Victor is a lifelong resident of Orange County, born in Santa Ana, now living in Brea (District 59). The son of immigrants, he co-developed a low-cost mobile healthcare service with his wife to support under-served children and adults, prioritizing and protecting their health and safety.
As a board member of the California United for Single Payer (CUSP), Victor advocates for the CalCare bill. He builds coalitions by coordinating and supporting campaigns, direct actions and mutual aid with Tenants United, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, Peace & Freedom Party, Food Not Bombs, and other organizations. Victor helped revive the Orange County Green Party, and currently serves on the County Council and represents the party at state and national levels.
Victor's vision places working families over corporate greed and ensures resident status never dictates quality of life. He fiercely advocates for affordable housing, healthcare for all, defending our communities, taking money out of politics, and protecting our natural resources. Outside serving the community, Victor hikes canyon trails and collects vintage Hot Wheels. He is ready to amplify our community's voice at the State Assembly.
