Victor was born in Santa Ana and now resides in Brea, CA. He has lived in Orange County his whole life and often visits Chino/Chino Hills for its beautiful scenery. Victor will fight for the whole community, our quality of life, and our spectacular parks and communal spaces.

Victor, along with others, has reactivated the Green Party of Orange County. The Green Party believes that all people should have a voice in shaping the community's needs. You deserve representation that is not manipulated by or beholden to corporate greed. Victor strongly supports solidarity movements and continues to volunteer with various mutual aid organizations, helping those experiencing hardships or affected by recent ICE raids.
