A lifelong Orange County resident, Victor was born in Santa Ana and now lives in District 59 (Brea). The son of immigrants, he co-developed a low-cost mobile healthcare service with his wife to support the health and safety of underserved children and adults.

Victor is not afraid to work with members of other political affiliations to achieve a common goal. He has coordinated with both the Peace & Freedom Party and The Party for Socialism and Liberation. Victor served on the board of California United for Single Payer (CUSP), advocating for CalCare. He builds unity by coordinating with Tenants United. Additionally, Victor takes direct action and mutual aid, such as volunteering with Food Not Bombs.

Victor's vision places people before profit and ensures resident status never dictates quality of life. He fiercely advocates for housing-first policies, ranked-choice voting, single-payer healthcare, and support for vulnerable immigrant populations. Outside of activism, Victor hikes canyon trails, collects vintage Hot Wheels, and he enjoys soccer. He is ready to amplify our community's voice at the State Assembly. Join him on this journey!
